First wind the spring up and use needle nose pliers to install into housing. Be sure to place spring in proper direction to rewind correctly. Lube spring in housing with a "little" oil(WD40). Center hook of spring should be just off off center of the spring housing to be able to engage the hook on the pulley.
Do an advance search word "rewind" and post by "sdwally" for rest of instructions.
