Software for management?

With the start of a new year I was just wondering how many of you use a software package to help manage your business. I done a search and couldn't find anything comparing different packages like CLIP, LAWN MONKEY, ect....

Do any of you that use it prefer one over the other? Can you offer the pro's and con's, or simply tell me why you choose one over the other?

Any help is appreciated.
