I would also be interested on any or all contract proposals for comparison.
One very important thing to remember. Upon my atorneys advice, when you get that contract, protect yourself. Spell out payment terms, late fees, collections, etc. If any one is interested in what I use for this, I will try to e-mail that to you as well.
