Much has been talked about here over the years about highlifts, gators, megmo, etc etc.It might be nice to have one thread where we cover different mowing scenarios along with your recommendations. ( I did a search but didn't find exactly what I was looking for here)
On the hp52 we run factory highlifts most of the year with and without the ultra vac. The cut is very good. We run the mulch kit/w factory mulching blades on the Vikings and the cut is also good.
What blade set up do you recommend for:
1. cutting down an overgrown property - grass in excess of 12". Multiple passes then bag it at end of cut down
2. best set up for mowing with a moderate amount of leaves on turf (mulch kit NOT installed)..no collection of leaves
3. best set up overall for use with the ultravac
any other tips/recommendations are appreciated...thanks much
