Will this be strong enough sitting in on top of these two bars and using the spacers?? I'm assuming this is what they want you to do. I'll have to cut the post that held my original OEM discharge chute, but that's not a problem.

WOW, think I would get one that fits. If you buy it for you machine it should bolt on. If you want to build one, build one.

I think that it is supposed to go there with all the spacers they gave me, but then again I don't want to modify it or my deck and it not work and have 2 pieces of crap

I dont know what to say except maybe contact meg mo and let him look at the picture and then go from there. I had to use alot of the spacers on my tiger cub but it works good and is plenty strong

I would contact the manufacture immediately on this. If this item is supposed to fit your machine there is no way I would do any cutting to make it work. Please let us know how this turns out.
Why don't they build them to use the mounting brackets for the discharge deflector?

Bray, thats the way Quick Chute Makes theirs. If you go to the thread I listed, there is a pic of my Quick Chute on my Toro. I have not tried to mount a catcher at the same time yet though.

We have a OCDC to fit your toro with out any deck modifications it is called the Qwikchute. It bolts to the two supports that the original chute fit on, very simple install and works great. Call us at 407-656-6598 or see more info at our web site www.qwikchute.com .
