Jobs were getting boring with the same old flagstone or paver walkways.
Accumulated quite a few odds and ends.
This client allowed free reign with the design.
The circle kits were pieces of 3 colors, the soldiers were another, and I used full color pattern flagstone to tie it in.
Set in stone dust, edging below grade of concrete.
Just finished another job across the street with a similar design.

I like it. Nice change up..I love it when the client trusts us enough to do stuff like that. Free reign and carte blanche payment allow for some of the best design work. I like the mix of materials, and I bet the client loved having a different walk than anyone else in the neighborhood as well.

Finishing one more tomorrow on the same street.

That may be one of the best contrasting pattern's I have seen. I really like the way you used a few light stones in the soldier course and the detail cut's on the flag certainly show your attention to detail on this job. GREAT WORK. :) :) :)

On a purely personal note, I may not have gone with the semi-circle's. To be honest I think they detract from the overall beauty and simplicity of the flagstone layout, this is merely a matter of " personal taste " and should be taken with a grain of salt. :) :)

Fantastic work,

I think that was a great idea and the work looks terrific. A great to use up those left over materials.

Wow that is some incredible work, I would love to learn how to do stone work. Just looks so great. Adds so much to the landscaping.

Looks sweet, plus you used up some spare inventory (which is a huge plus as it takes up space and makes you $0 sitting there). Great design, good applicataion and I'm sure you'll get more jobs from the ones shown.
