Hello, can I pressure wash the dust covers....from outside to blow aluminum perforations clear or will this damage covers ?

I have not done this type of a test so the following is my best estimation. I would bet that if you hold the nozzle very close and you have a high pressure unit (some go over 3000 psi), you might do some damage. My suggestion would be to do the following: select a small area on the outside panel (the least critical part of the cover). Start spraying the section, holding the nozzle about 6-8 inches away. after a few seconds, stop and check to see if the holes in the perf have been cleaned out adequately. If not, and the fabric is not damaged, advance the nozzle an inch or so. Repeat closer if this does not work. My guess is that you will be able to find a combination that will work, as the fabric is quite tough (vinyl coated nylon). If not, you will have only damaged a very small section that will not affect the performance of the cover. If you have a chance, maybe you could post your results.

Will try that.
Was very impressed w/how easy the covers went on...looked like a Big Project w/all the hardware but only took 10 min. tops. Keeps the leaf dust down alot. Good job.
