Need some quick advice on small tilling job, pricing

How much would some of you charge just to till a yard down about 2-4 inches, how long should it take, 5000 sq ft. of loam soil. I have time labor data for this yet so I just thought someone could help.

$ 500.00, I charge 10 cent's/sf with a minimum of $ 275.00. This would not include grading or stone removal, if necessary. Same price for 1" depth or 6" depth. Probably about 1.5 hrs total site time, Deere w/turf tire's and 6' rototiller attachment.
