I just thought I would share with you the stripes I laid with Mega Mo blades. There was quite a few leaves out there too.

Got any before pics? Did you mulch it? How many times did you go over it?

And all that other stuff :)

I was side discharging. I only went over it once. It had been 2 weeks since I mowed it last.

I'd really like to see some before & after pics of lawns with leaves cut with meg-mos. I need to see some real world proof before spending $200+ for blades.

Very good if thats only one pass. I should of taken before/after pics of my lawn yesterday. I'm using Gators and I was side discharging. I had to go over the lawn about 4-6 times to get it all mulched but when I was done the leaves where tiny and almost non visible until you looked closely to the grass.

I just ordered my set of Meg Mo's earlier this week. They should be better than my mulch blades I have on now.

I am running them on my OVER-RATED, NON-STRIPING,(ha,ha) John Deere Quick Trak 647 with 48" deck and no stripe kit.

no stripe kit.

Really?

I thought you had a stripe kit on that???

My Q/T won't stripe.

If Meg-Mo's are doing that striping, I'm SOLD. How are you stripes with standard blades? What I'm getting at, are those stripes completely attributable to the Meg's? Is your deck pitch as recommended by J.D.?

This lawn was cut with Meg Mo blades on one of my 757's. No striping kit, just Meg Mo's.

Take a picture before and after. With the meg-mo's once you get. Thanks, LCME
