Commercial Account Websites?

A friend of mine mentioned that there are websites out there which list commercial properties that are up for bid. Also websites that you can pay for bid listings. Anyone else ever heard of this?

yes, I have heard of them before, but a lot of times they are for local cities, or utilities. Check with your local city council on whether they have a list
