The $20 stop fee is what companies charge just to go to the property. It helps cover wear and tear on the vehicle, gas, and drive time. When you bid a treatment program each application breaks down to $20(stop fee)+ $xx (price of chemicals)+ $xx(time/labor)=$xx.oo.

so you do charge for the product? I seen on many threads that every one charged $20.00 stop fee + $3.00/1000sq ft thinking the $20.00 was for the product. so ontop of my pricing above add the cost of the fertilizer?

$20(stop fee)+ $xx (price of chemicals) + $xx(time/labor)=$xx.oo.
If you notice the highlighted area in red I did mention the price of the product.
