i don't let them think anything about them. it is part of the business. i've had a few that say they won't sign anything, these are the ones that will screw you around. no service agreement, no work.

I use them 50% of the time but I only mow, not landscape. The ones that I give them to, always look at me like I have two heads (See Mikes Hard Lemonade Commercial :) ). Anyway, I don't know if I like them. It locks me in as well as the customer.
