What kind of Hustler mower are you interested in buying? I can only speak for the Hustler Super Z and I promise you if they bring one to your house for you to try out you probably want let them put it back on the trailer unless it is your trailer. This is the best mower on the market in my opinion.

How can you say that when they just make a mess in wet grass? Do you only mow when its dry? I like Hustlers too but i've just heard Hustlers and wet grass don't go together too well.

That's just it, "Heard"!
I have no problems with mine. It cuts great! I would no longer consider any other mower now that I have Hustlers.
Keep this in mind, if the ground in soaked, you don't need to put any mower on it.
Alright Paws, your turn. :blob3:

You also have to keep in mind that most of the complaints of poor cutting are coming from areas this year that had one of the wettest years on record. No mower works great in wet grass. Iam sure hustler will find a solution to this problem and wet grass will then be scared of the yellow machine coming its way!! :cool2:

This isnt mine and I didnt take the pic. Its just a pic that was emailed to me some time ago!
Thought ya's might like it!
Man, that was some heavy stuff they were cutting!
being here in the transition zone where we have some growth rates that are ridiculous (especially clover and junk) we do have days when wet grass (clover, etc) cause the super z some issues. However, when we're cutting 4" of wet growth, it can only be expected that we're gonna have to slow down a good amount to avoid lots of clumping.
The ferris and grasshopper machines that I have demoed have the same problem to a certain degree. I suspect that most machines are going to have that problem in those circumstances. Some just to a greater extent than others.

I reckon its all well and good to show pics (no offence to anyone) of the mower, clean and sitting in a car park! Like I said... No offence!
I wanna see pics of them working, showing what they can do! Can see mowers in the dealers sitting there but that dont mean anything!
Show them on the job...
To me, that helps with decisions!
keep sending those type of pics Mick!!
Around here only a tractor and bush hog would do that type of cutting. Its impressive though to see a z cut it down that.

That was the only pic of a Z cutting long stuff I have.
Like I said, non of these are my mowers and I didnt take the pics. They were sent to me when I first started looking into ztr's.
