we have been in business for about 4 years and are interested in gaining large commercial accounts. we want to concentrate on apartment communities and mobile home parks. i think i am bidding too high. any suggestions to help us bid more accurately.

Hey Lawngirl, You're probably not bidding to high..I've been doing the same thing and you'll just come to find out that apartment complexes and such do not pay too well..The property managers, who decides on the contracts, are very frugal with their budgets..I would suggest condos and private businesses instead of complexes..Just my suggestion..Clean-Cut
