it looks like it would be a time saver. although, I'm not sure what the home owner will say when there lawn looks like they layed landscape fabric on it.

all the local sod farms use something similar to that. a lot wider though. the grass always looks good everytime.....

saw it at the GIE.

it's REALLY expensive.
it's more than sod

I understand it is only cool type grasses and some Bermuda. Is this correct?

yes, bermuda is the only warm season.
it was $.20/sq foot
comes out to be $180/yard.
sod here is only $1.25/yard.

they claim to be working on centipede,
but with 90% of turf in the US being cool season, they're dragging thier feet on it.

thats very interesting, because sod (st augustine) here is $3.00 a yard.

Blue/yellow for .20 isn't bad, blue grass sod is .30-36 per foot here in NH. It does looking very interesting and very easy to install. But why do it when I can sub hydro seeding for .04-.05 per foot. :dizzy: Joel
