Position Wanted In Eastern North Carolinia (obx, elizabeth city, ect)

Im am pretty much set on moving to Eastern North Carolinia Area in June when my lease runs out. I will prolly end up in the Camden, Perquimans, Pasquotank area. I am open to about any jobs as long as they are steady. I work full time as a remodeling carpenter up In Northern Va. I have a decent amount of landscaping experience, I work for a buddy of mine part time and I also do all of his welding. Heres what I have to offer....

-I can fabricate and weld steel
-I can build truck racjs and do work on mowers (adding mounts, repairs, ect)
-I can do about anything on a trailer(wiring, decking, walls, mounts, ramps, ect)
-I own an older snapper walk behind with velke
-I own a full size van
-I own the tools to repair, build, and weld just about anything

My folks live on the outer banks and I will be down there around christmas time, and I would be glad to meet up with someone. Officially I will be moving june 16th. But if I have a job set up down there and I have some luck around christmas when I go try and buy a place, I would guess March. Even if you dont have a job for me I would like to hear about the job situation in eastern nc.
