Good price on used Toro 32" ?

Just saw an ad in local paper that said this:

"TORO WALKER 32", Commercial, 13HP Kohler, low time home owner operated, 1yr, like new, $2000." (phone #)

Does this sound like a good price for this mower? I know more details would be helpful, but wondering if any experts on Toro's might know already what this mower costs new. Thanks.

Thats too much. I wouldn't give over $1500 for it if its in good shape.
