Scag Tiger 61inch clutch out!!

I have a Turf Tiger 61 inch 25h.p. kohler three years old with about 700 hrs on it and the clutch for the pto has gone out. Is this a common problem and how much jack will it cost me to fix this problem? This has been a great mower except for this glitch.
