i am currently out of a truck for next year.

how would it look if i pulled my 18' trailer with my 71 challenger. i am quite sure it could handle it it's a 440 6 pk with a 727 tranny. they say the tranny is one of the best and it has plenty of power.

are people going to be discouraged if they see me with this?

Probably. Plus, even if the engine and tranny can handle the load what about the breaks and suspension?

I would look twice ;) .
If that Mopar is in good shape , might think about selling/trade. Those old muscle cars really have appreciated in value.

don't ruin your car. with a car like that, or you mechanically gifted at all? find a truck that needs alittle help, and make it happen.

did you start this thread just to say you have a bad@ss ride?

Heck, now that I think of it I will trade you for a old truck. :D It's in perfect running condition with a chevy 350 and turbo transmission.

Seriously though, I would have to agree with fga. I just found a '89 Ford f-250 4X4 in perfect running condition for $1000 cash. I would buy something like that before destroying a great old car.
