Finally got around to taking a pick of the truck.
I picked this up about two months ago, it needed some work (tranny and some other small stuff) but is now complete. Going to paint all of my stuff in the spring.

Nice truck JP. Looks like early to mid 80's model. What engine (gas or diesel) do you have and what trans (5 x 2). Does it dump?
I purchased my International for a song and painted it red. it has a turbo diesel and 5 speed. Only had 84,000 miles on her and it was a lease trade in fleet truck. It has been a real $$ maker for me

It's a 1989 with a 6.6 liter Turbo Diesel And yes the trans is (5 x 2).
The dump works great but the bed is gonna need some work or replacement over the winter before painting everything.
This truck has 72,000 miles on it and I paid $3000.00 for it. The transmission rebuild was about $2200 with a new clutch.
So I have about $6000 in it. Not too bad.

I like those Internationals.. I also saw one of those for sale it was like a 1987 But the guy wanted way too much (I think like $12000)

Thanks for the compliments guy's

OOOOoo :D 6.6 turbo diesel with only 72,000, I like it even more. That thing has got MANY miles left in her.
I wonder if that guy ever got $12,000 for his 87 :dizzy: . Mine is an 89 and I gave $2,500 and put about $1,250 into it. Good thing is that I made that back several times with it this season (got it in Feb 04). It was a e-bay truck. I had to drive up to NJ (850 miles) to pick her up and drove her home. Not the most comfotable trip ever taken but I still enjoyed it and wrote all expences off on taxes (hotel, food, car rental). Only things I wish she did have is 2 speed rear and dump for bed. I plan to install dump next season (oh my ackin back  ).
