From Meg-Mo information sheet---"You may need to warm the nut slightly as red loctite has been put on the nuts. When you put the new knives on, use a drop of red loctite or you will lose some of the locking power".

i use blue permatex threadlock and it has to be heated to 500º or use an impact gun
