All the weight is on your arms, instead of the wheel. The wheel is too far out front.

I don't no about how well it would hold up on the job site but it dose look like somthing a home owner could make good use of. I think I might try buliding somthing like it for the wife and daughter to use. There always changing there minds about where they want the rocks in the yard. LOL
