LCO's in the Chicago area

Hello all. A couple of quick questions. I am going to be starting out this year from scratch. I am new to the area. My questions for this area are as follows.
#1 What do you start an employee out at per hour (having to train)?
#2 What do you pay for someone with expierence?
#3 Is it possible to find legal mexican laborors locally? Where can you find them (labor pool?) and have you found it worth the hassle? I have noticed that the larger companies have tons of them, but do not know if they are legit or not.
#4 What is a good company to pass out door hangers and the approx. rate?

Marko, welcome to the area. What part of chicago area are you working from ? I'm in elmhurst, like you i'm trying to start a lco this year (part time). I was working for a friend last year he was paying me about $ 11.00 an hour cash, if that help you.
