Giant Vac leaf loader

I have a giant vac leaf loader tow behind with a older Kohler 20hp motor. The motor is tired and worn out. I was wondering if these loaders are easy to tear down and replace the motor on. I'm looking into another new kohler motor for it. Just wanted to know if someone had experience with taking one apart. It looks simple but the problem could be with the impeller and getting it off. I appreciate all replies on this matter.

I have never worked on one but i saw one on ebay. The guy had to torch the crankshaft to get the blade off to install a new blade.
