Is it time to upgrade.. QBs 99?

Has anyone gone from '99-2000 to '04/'05? Are there a lot of changes?

'99 has worked for me all this time but maybe I'm missing out....

I've got qb 99 and I'm upgrading to 2005 this year. Not sure how many changes there are, but I figure after 6 years it's time to upgrade and get the new gadgets.
