Hey Everyone,
As we all know, a computer operating system specifies which programs will pre-load a small module into system memory. Keeping track of which programs are preloaded can go a long way toward keeping the maximum amount of memory available. I believe the win.ini file is involved.
I know how to reset the preloads in Windows XP and Windows ME, but cannot seem to figure out how to do it in Windows 2000. The search term "system configuration utility" takes me right there in XP, but not in W2k. Can anyone help me with this?
