i am needing sum help on making up yearly contracts.
does any one have a templet what do i say in it
iam lost on how to do this

Please take this as constructive, as it is intended, but as someone told another in a recent thread, you need to work on spelling and grammar. If your contracts have as many errors as your above post, it could cause a problem for you. A potential customer might well think, "If this guy is that careless with his contract, how careless will he be with my lawn?"

I don't think the grammar criticism was directed at you, but rather at the original poster. I didn't see any glaring problems with yours.
I've attached my contract, which I put together myself, as well as taking li'l bits and pieces from other contracts I've seen here.
