For a $100, you could incorporate it into a landscape as a focal point, and use the spill effect with annuals and mulch.

$100 annuals
$50 dirt & fert
$250 Cost
3 hours of labor and bill it out at $2k. :D

Think I will bid on this and when schools out, I will employ my
two boys to pull it with their bikes. Would same a whole lot on
gas.
