For a $100, you could incorporate it into a landscape as a focal point, and use the spill effect with annuals and mulch.

$100 trailer
$100 annuals
$50 dirt & fert

$250 Cost

3 hours of labor and bill it out at $2k. :Dgreat idea... but how would look in front of a condo? the neighbors would be... displeased. But in all seriousness, a farm or such, paint that thing up and that is a good idea.

Think I will bid on this and when schools out, I will employ my
two boys to pull it with their bikes. Would same a whole lot on
gas.
