Going to check out used Walker

I'm going to check out a 99 16 hp ghs with 42" deck and 136 hours. What are the key points I need to look at ? He says he keeps all fittings greased. He's selling because he started full time employment elsewhere. Maybe this will be the one and I won't half to bother you guys anymore with Walker price questions !

Don't bother with a 16HP, wait till you can get at least a 20HP with 48" deck.The decks are interchangable and the 20HP is better suitted to run a larger deck in the future if the need arises.
