darn 743 glow plugs

Well nothin to major. I checked the ohms for the glow plugs and nothin so the manual says it shorted. But then i check the power that comes from the glow plug relay and it has very little power if any some times the needle moves a pin hair and then it might not so my ? is can that relay go bad is that common.

Well thats sad I am posting a response to my own question. Well it turned out to be bad glow plugs and a bad relay. I just couldn't get the closest one out the fuel injection lines were in the way.
