That's all your potential clients need to go shopping

The estimate should look like this:

(3) 6-7' B&B Cornus Kousa ( Chinese Dogwood ) Installed.
Includes Pick up and delivery
450.00

The only price number on the proposal is the one that matches the one on the check they will write you.

I break out materials and labor on bigger jobs (jobs over $2-3000)

All plants $ xx.xx
labor $ xx.xx

On small stuff or bigger dollar where there are only a couple of items, it is one price including everything.

Clean up work I give one price for the clean up and a second fee for disposal.

ex. $500 for jungle taming, $75 for dump fee. Then I explain that the dump fee covers the time involved in getting there and unloading. Loading and taking it away is part of the $500. If I leave it at your curb you only save the $75. So far all have opted to have it removed.

Hope that helps.

I feel that less break down is better.
