I tried my luck with a lawn service last summer and did pretty well, but the problem was it took up all of my free time (I have twin boys that are 18 months old). I have a Dixie Chopper 60" cut, 32" Scag WB, Stihl stick edger, Stihl weedeater, and a Big Tex Trailer. A lot of miscellaneous stuff goes as well. Asking 9,500.
