it will vary from company to company.
add your overhead recovery to thier salary and you'll have your figure.
ours is about $20K/season, $40K/year.

I end up right about 28% for the full time guys

One worker = $10 hr?
Workman's comp/SS taxes = $3-4
Total = $14/hr (depends on your market)
$14 * (40 hrs/week) * 30 weeks = $16,800.
Are you providing any benefits? Is he a crew leader? Does he get paid more? Is your season more/less than 30 weeks? You do the math. Add overtime if you need to.
