This seems to be a popular topic and a rightfully so. I've been in the business working for other on and off for a while now. I plan to start my own business, I have everything I need EXCEPT a easy way to provide estimates. My business will consist primarily of maitenance. Is there some kind of software program where you can plug in the sq for various activities and come up with a magic number, at LEAST as a reference and then adjust it as required.

This is my first post, I hope to share some good business tips and experiences with everyone :)
