Hiring Employees

I have been mowing in North Carolina successfully for several years. It is now time to hire some. Please give me some input on what other LCO's are paying, ages that they can hire, and what they typically let new employees do. Thanks

Your Workman's Comp Insurance (which you will NEED anyway in this business if you don't already have it plus it is Required by the State of NC if you have a total of 3 or more folks anyway) will require that they be at least 18 years old.

I start all newbies here off at $9-10 an hour and on the trimmers and blowers.
