I would like to know if this has been done by anyone. I purchased 95% of my gasoline with one of the local gasoline stations. The place is great he is one of the few places that has house accounts. Anyway my question is that since we purchase thousands of dollars annually, can a bargain be make for say 1-2 % off each months purhase due to the volume of purchase. Guys who buy at Lesco know this principal. Has anyone done this with gasoline? I know its common place for chenmicals and materials

Ive never heard that before but that may be because we have no mom and pop gas stations. I went into a Speedway station and picked up a application for credit. It offered a 3% monthly rebate/credit. I believe Shell gas stations offer this as well.

If its an idependant gas station. Their margins are slim.
The bigger companys can afford to give rebates.

I checked around our area here (Westwood NJ) Exxon/Mobil gives the best rate for Fleet accounts but the more you spend the better the discount.
