Help with Fertilization

Im trying to gather some info on different methods and types of fertilizations. At this point im bliss to the different types, all Im familiar with are the granular feeds. What are some good methods and types or brands of fertilizers you use, and what can you tell me about them.

this question is kind of like going on a "motor head" web site and asking what kind of spark plug should I buy! You may need to do a little homework as to what specific kind of info you want. Ie. location, type of grass, what you may want to achieve with the fert., time of year etc. there are many answers to your simple question but not without knowing more info.
