try hitting the "elements of business forum" as the place seems littered with these types of requests. searching "contracts" also will get you to them.
p.s. - do you think anyone buys the "lost all my files" story? i recall you being the "give me a customer letter" guy.... :)

For future reference, it might be nice to back up all those important files... you know, in case your hard drive takes a dive.

You don't have ANY hard copies of old contracts laying around? Perhaps your lawyer/attornery retained a copy in your file?

"Perhaps your lawyer/attornery retained a copy in your file? "
that's classic...

This is TOO FUNNY, dude! Especially after you made the exact same request 5 months ago after telling how bad your credit was and that your funds were limited! Your computer crash then too? ;)
Computer crash....yeah okay. I think you'll see the guys on this site are smarter than you give them credit for. So, since you bragged in anothe post about making $2700 a day, do like we did and BUY one or get your attorney to draw you one up.
Ok I know you guys are going to ream me because I do not have contracts, However I am new in the business and I have 29 accounts weekly, NOW ---what if 5 of my customers did that in one week, I would be hurting, so what should I do or say to them, I feel like if I let it go then they will make a habit out of it, also can anyone be so kind as to e-mail me an example of an agreement or a yearly contract PLEASE PLEASE it would be such a help to this newcomer. Thank you in adavance

SCREW all of you guys, I always come to this site because it is helpfull and I was helped out here a long time ago as a newcomer to the lawn business, I have a lady waiting on a contract today and out of all the supposedly mature helpfull people on this site, I cant even get one helpfull response, I need a 12 month contract what is so hard about someone e-mailing me theire copy so that I can use it instead of me having to try and spend hours re-making mine, go figure, ill let sean know how helpfull everyone was , I am sure he will be really proud of his site

that is a ridiculous statement to make, especially the running to sean part. i've made hundreds of helpful posts, just look, but your request is rooted in laziness. a contract is a legal document. treat it as such.
look at your previous posts. many are rooted in "help help, i've gotta do so and so asap! and need...". it's the boy who cried wolf syndrome. my view is that you don't take your business too seriously given your on-the-fly need for other people's work/investment to keep you going, ie contracts, letters, etc. howabout planning for your business?
besides, there are plenty of exceedingly helpful people that have posted their contracts on this site for others to use. instead of the histrionics, why not use the advanced search feature, searching "contract" or "sample contract" under the "elements of business forum". it's not rocket science, or even computer science, it's just proactiveness...
besides, you have a computer science degree. can't you recover your lost files?

you can order sample contracts. hopefully sean doesn't have a problem with me posting this link... ;)

OK LOOK im going to tell everyone the truth, i told a previous thread that I lost my files on my computer by accident and that I needed a 12 month contract to be e-mailed to me by someone, WELL thats not the truth, the truth is that I am going through a really sticky divorce with the love of my life and her or her family deleted ALL of my business files and threw my backups away, thats not something that you really just want to come out and tell everyone, but thats the truth, I have a lady who is waiting on me e-mailing her a 12 month contract TODAY and it would be really nice and generous if someone could e-mail me their 12 month so that I could customize it and get it sent out to this lady, also please keep me in your prayers, I am going through hard times being away from my wife and kids and out of my house, I really love this girl with all of my heart, divorce sucks, please someone help me out and e-mail me their 12 month contract, I am lost without ALL of my business files, its almost like I have to start my business all over again.

All of these treads were within the last month or so, and this search took less than 10 minutes.
I am sorry to see you are falling on hard times, however that doesn't give you a reason to be lazy.

i can appreciate your situation, but searching the posts will get you what you want in less than a minute. why wait for people to give you what you could have had in the time it took you to post your original question, or any of the follow-ups?
best of luck.
