First time mower

I'm trying to decied on which walkbehind. I'm looking real hard @ the Toro 48" T-Bar stearing. Any advice. Also like the Quick 36

If you go with the T-bar get a hydro. The response is more positive and works better overall. It is a few extra $$$ but well worth it.
