I need some advice guys,
I have a customer that wants her rose bushes transplanted from the back to her front yard. She has about 4 rose bushes about 5-8ft tall, looks like climbing roses as well.
I told her to wait a few more weeks before we transplant because its too cold, but I'm not sure if this was the right answer?
When can I transplant the rose bushes without harming them, its about 8-10degrees celsius right now and I told her, even though we transplant and take all the pre-cautions, we cannot guarantee its survival.
