Bill, I've got a Toro Proline 44" Walkbehind that I mow my personal lawn with. I'd be happy to trade with you :blob3:

Around 5-8 too. I hope it stays fluffly like this.

Bill - try and put the mower up on eBay. I have had great luck in doing similar auctions.

Had the company in Kensington come out and demo one a couple of years ago. Wasn't very impressed with the cut to be quite honest.

Check out the Hustler's down in Haverhill. You really have to demo them to see how they work for you.

Bill, my Proline is a '99 (I think), hydro trans. with T-handle control, set up to bag or side dicsharge. Kohler 14 horse engine. Oil is changed frequently. Gets serviced every winter (new plug, fuel filter, oil, oil filter along with a thorough cleaning and painting as needed) I do it at our shop as it is quiet now. Haven't done it yet this year yet, maybe this week or next. I do need to replace the muffler. It's a good machine! :waving:

Is That A Fixed Deck Or A Floating Deck? Do You Know If You Can Up Grade To A Bigger Deck And About Strip Kits For It.

It has a full floating deck. Not sure about changing decks. I suppose you probably could as the whole deck hangs from the frame by four pins. As far as stripes go, my lawn looks like a checkerboard when I'm done mowing. :cool2:
