Don't own one but it's common to remove the deck to gain access. It helps if you can raise the tractor too. The belt runs just under the frame and hard to get to. There should be a tension/idler pulley that you may have to pull back and secure. While you're under there, check the idler bearings. Replace if loose or noisy.
