Hey everyone, I'm a little stumped on what to charge a customer for applying 12 bags of fertilizer, the customer called the order in and I picked it up, so its delivery and application, I'm thinking $120.00, too low??? thanks

Sounds way to low. 12 bags of fert. with lets say 15% N would cover 2 acres. We charge between $150. and $200. per acre with product. I would deduct fert. cost then charge balance. You need to know the sq. footage of property to determine your charge though.

If you didn't purchase the fert. then no, I don't think $120 is too low. Depending on how far you had to drive (how long you were at it) that may be too high. I know I wouldn't pay someone $10 a bag, just for their spreading it out.
