I was wondering how much weight I can safely pull with my truck without killing it, this is the info about my truck. 2005 GMC Canyon Crew Cab....
Crew Cab 4WD Max Trailer/Towing Capacity lbs.** 4000
(Automatic Transmission Ratings with Ball Hitch)
Capacities
GVWR lbs. 5300
Curb weight lbs. 3802
Payload lbs. 1498
I dont want to get a trailer too small, I want to get the biggest that I can get w/o killing my truck. My ideal trailer would be able to pull 2 exmark ZTR's...approx. 1100-1200 lbs. each. (Is it just the total of trailer weight and ZTR's weight cannot exceed 4000 lbs.???) thanks for the help.
