Do any of you guys have a lot of experience bidding apartment and condo complexes?
We are soliciting agressivily this year and have already had tremendous responce(40 communities to bid already).
I have some formulas that I have devloped for bidding these properties, and I wanted to check my numbers.
We already cut 3 condo communities.
