I have tried just about everything to find front fenders for my 1970 C 50 Chevy. I haven't tried here yet, so does anyone know where I can get these fenders. The truck can be seen on my website.

Check your local salvage yards, should be plenty of those old Chevys there. They are all over the place around here. Shouldn't be too hard or expensive to find one and replace it. I believe its just a bolt on fender anyway. The '67-'72 C-40 through C-60 fenders will interchange as well. The doors are identical to a regular C-10 through C-30 pickup from '67 through '72 as well.

I suggest you find a good wrecking yard in Texas or New Mexico via yellow pages on the internet. Have them do a locate for you. They're out there. And down here chances are there's enough metal even if they ain't perfect to fix like they look new.

I understand how you feel about Chevys, especially those sixty seven to seventy twos.

Have you tried a heavy truck salvage yard (for big rigs and medium duties)? Some of those yards would definitely have trucks like that.

My next move would be to take a Saturday and go for a ride in the country, look around on the back sides of farms for these trucks. I know around home, it wouldn't be hard to find one sitting on the edge of a wood line. Just talk to all the farm folks you know they should be able to tell you if they know of anybody who has one.
