Need Part Number

I need the part number for the spring on the traction control for a 721 60" out-front deck Grasshopper. I think it would be in the owners manual. Grasshoppers web is down from what i can tell??

This is an older unit. Its a 1989 tractor with a 1990 deck. This is for my elderly neighbor.
I will give it a try.
