Take a minute and do a search on this site and others on how to price a job..........sq ft is a formula for failure.

Estimating is the process of making VERY accurate cost approximation of labor hours and materials, equipment, overhead and profit on every job NOT sq ft. You are trying to be lazy and doomed to failure in just a few years.

Unlike manufactures , contractors sell labor hours and NOT sq ft of paver's.

One job may be a walk in front of a house with easy access from the street. Another job may be at the rear of the house on a confined lot where materials must be brought in a wheelbarrow to the rear yard.

Think outside of the box!
