I just started my company here in Nash, Tn. Chartered,licensed and the whole thing. A friend of mine wants to do mauget treatments. Says he will get certified and if I'm willing, work under my charter/license. #1 : Is this legal and #2 : if so, how much percentage should I receive from him considering I'm the one putting up the $10,000 bond. Any input will be appreciated. He has very extensive knowledge in this field and I trust him to not F... up. Thanks Ya'll
