Any good free ISP's???

Do y'all know of any good Free ISP's? Ever since they started regulating how many hours a month you could use, two ISP's have not been enough! I need more!!! I have Net Zero, which gives me 40 hours and Blue Light, which gives me 25 hours.
BTW: I do not like Freei or Juno.....
